Buenos Aires, February 10 (NA) – Two women aged 44 and a young man aged 19 were poisoned by carbon monoxide due to a fire that broke out in a Senate office. Official sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the fire was registered in office 614 on the fourth floor, belonging to the legislator for Chubut, Andrea Marcela Cristina. The three patients were receiving oxygen at Hipólito Yrigoyen 1849, between Entre Ríos avenue and Combate de los Pozos, while the fire was spotted by Senate Department Security agent Miriam Da Silva. In this regard, Federal Police firefighters went to the Palace, and since they did not have the key, “they proceeded to break the access door”. “The office was completely burned, but there was no fire,” legislative sources told NA.
