Buenos Aires, December 25 (NA) – At least 24 people were injured by the use of pyrotechnics in the City of Buenos Aires during Christmas celebrations, according to official sources to the Argentine News Agency. From last night until 7 AM on this Thursday, December 25, the Pedro Lagleyze Ophthalmological Institute assisted 10 patients, and all cases were on an outpatient basis. Meanwhile, seven other affected individuals received care at the Santa Lucía Hospital; five suffered injuries from pyrotechnics, and two consulted for trauma from corks. SAME assisted three people who were victims of burns, and one of them was referred to the Argerich Hospital. Additionally, four patients were treated at the Burns Hospital.
