The measure does not imply additional budgetary expenditure for the body. Buenos Aires, December 11 (NA) – The Superintendence of Health Services (SSS) transferred and renamed the commission in charge of auditing the medication purchases of social works, as published today in the Official Gazette. Through Resolution 2391/2025, signed by Superintendent Claudio Adrián Stivelman and to which the Argentine News Agency had access, it was established that the Technical Commission for the Purchase of Medicines, Supplies and Devices will be renamed the Technical Advisory Commission for the Acquisition of Medicines, Supplies and Devices, and will depend on the Management of Administration instead of the General Management. According to the considerations of the norm, the experience since the creation of this commission in 2020 has shown the convenience of adapting its functional dependence, given that its tasks are closely linked to the operational, administrative, and budgetary management carried out by the Management of Administration. Among the commission's functions are to analyze and evaluate the convenience, merit, and advisability of initiating medication acquisition processes within the framework of Decree 2710/12, generate articulation spaces with Health Insurance Agents, audit consolidated purchase procedures, and prepare technical reports and indicators on the effectiveness of joint acquisitions. IP The resolution appoints Dr. Enrique Tchukran as the Medical Responsible of the commission, a position he will hold ad honorem.
