Buenos Aires, November 28 (NA) – A man who was driving while intoxicated and with one of his legs in a cast was traveling through the Palermo neighborhood in Buenos Aires when he had an accident and his driver's license was suspended.
According to the Argentine News Agency (NA), the case came to light this Friday morning when the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV) confirmed the positive alcohol test of the 47-year-old driver and initiated the administrative process for his license to be suspended by the jurisdiction that issued it.
ANSV acted on its own initiative and requested the suspension of the man's driver's license because, while intoxicated and with a cast on one leg, he crashed into three vehicles in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo.
Now, the man will be notified of the sanction, and to be re-licensed, he will have to take and pass the corresponding psychophysical exams that validate his fitness to drive.
