A man who was sentenced to eight years in prison for the sexual abuse of a woman, whom he left pregnant, was detained in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Flores. The aggressor was captured by members of the Division of Crimes Against Sexual Integrity on San Pedrito Avenue at 200, after investigative work allowed them to locate him.
The case for which the man was convicted dates back to March 2018 when the victim reported sexual abuse with carnal access against the accused. According to the complaint, the man attacked her taking advantage of her state of helplessness and as a result of the abuse, she became pregnant. In February 2025, the Oral Criminal and Correctional Tribunal No. 9 sentenced him to eight years in prison after a judicial process. Now the aggressor is serving the established sentence.
