Unstable weather and possible storms in AMBA

The Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) remains under the influence of unstable weather, with rain and storms forecasted to continue until Tuesday, according to the National Meteorological Service (SMN).

After a few days of rain on the past Monday and Tuesday holidays, the SMN anticipates a mini-week with more favorable weather conditions for the AMBA. Temperatures will range between 22 and 30 degrees, remaining pleasant compared to the scorching heat of previous days.

On Tuesday, persistent rains are expected, with mostly cloudy skies and a chance of isolated storms during the morning. Wednesday and Thursday will also feature cloudy skies and temperatures ranging from 24 to 33 degrees.

The SMN issued alerts for the possibility of strong storms during the early morning and morning of Monday, with showers that could persist into the afternoon, urging caution while driving and protecting belongings from potential rain damage.

The population is advised to stay informed through SMN updates, seek shelter in safe places in case of strong storms, and avoid outdoor activities. Rain can reduce visibility and make streets slippery, so taking the necessary precautions is recommended.
