The Obelisk of Buenos Aires has been intervened with a mapping in support of Pope Francis, who is hospitalized due to bilateral pneumonia. The mapping also pays tribute to the Argentine family Bibas, whose bodies were handed over to Israel by the terrorist group Hamas.

In the mapping carried out by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, images of the Supreme Pontiff and Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas, who were kidnapped more than 500 days ago and subsequently murdered, were projected. The historic monument of the Federal Capital houses this intervention that seeks to send messages of solidarity and support.

Regarding the health status of Pope Francis, it was reported from the Vatican that he has experienced a "slight improvement" and has had a quiet night. Images and phrases of support for the pontiff will be projected every day until next Monday at the Obelisk of Buenos Aires, highlighting the message "Francisco, the City prays for you."

At the same time, it has been known that Hamas has handed over the bodies of the Bibas brothers to Israel. In an identification process, it was determined that one of the bodies did not belong to the mother, Shiri Bibas, nor matched any other kidnapped person. This global gesture of support in light of the brutal crimes committed against the Argentine family Bibas complements the mapping carried out at the Obelisk.
