The gala of the 2024 Martín Fierro Film Awards had a large turnout, featuring figures such as Susana Giménez, Guillermo Francella, Luis Brandoni, and Graciela Borges, among other recognized artists of Argentine cinema.
The opening of the event was marked by iconic phrases from cinema such as "Three empanadas", "The damn worth being alive", "Gachi and Pachi" and "What do you want from me". Meanwhile, a motorcyclist rode through the city, listening to people quote these words that have been etched in the collective memory thanks to the seventh art.
On the motorcycle, there was a package containing essential items to carry out the gala. Once everything was ready, the hosts announced: "We have everything, let the show begin," and then made their entrance on stage at the Usina del Arte to initiate the award ceremony.
The president of APTRA delivered a speech highlighting the importance of awarding fiction as a fundamental part of the film industry.
