Buenos Aires, April 2 (NA) – Juana, a resident who witnessed the shooting in the Almagro neighborhood where three men were injured by bullets after shots were fired by a female police officer, recounted that seconds after the incident, she heard the agent shout, “What did I do?”. On Thursday, residents of Almagro were surprised by a hail of gunfire from a Federal Police officer who, according to her account, believed she was about to be robbed during a ride in a shared car service. The incident occurred at the intersection of Belgrano Avenue and Mazay Street. Three men were injured, one of them seriously, according to the Argentine News Agency. As the commotion continues, Juana, a neighborhood resident, told the press what happened: “I was half asleep when I heard three or four shots. It was around 8:00 AM”. “I heard a woman screaming, it wasn’t very clear, but at one point she said, ‘What did I do?’”, she recounted. The woman mentioned that she looked out the window because “the noise and the screams caught my attention, it’s a quiet neighborhood”. “I saw that when she reached the corner of Venezuela Street, they tried to help her, but she was very nervous, only saying to call her husband”, she recalled.
