Buenos Aires, March 30 (NA) — More than two weeks after the collapse of Sector 2 of the Barrio Estación Buenos Aires complex in Parque Patricios, the city government announced this Sunday that the towers of the complex are now open for the return of affected families.

"The City informs that families temporarily housed in hotels are able to return to their homes in the Towers of Sector 2 of the Complex, where a parking slab had collapsed," states the official communiqué from the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (GCBA). The information indicates that "since the conditions for the structural safety to inhabit the apartments are guaranteed".

Likewise, the complex already has electricity and water services restored. "For the gas connection in each apartment, neighbors must make the corresponding management with Metrogas individually," clarified the GCBA.
