Argentine Artists Release Album for National Day of Memory

On the National Day of Memory, Truth and Justice, Argentine artists including Víctor Heredia and León Gieco have released the album "Razón para vivir" as a tribute to Heredia's work. The project, led by Lito Vitale, benefits the Casa de la Música Foundation.


Argentine Artists Release Album for National Day of Memory

Buenos Aires, March 24 (NA) – On the occasion of the National Day of Memory, Truth and Justice, Víctor Heredia, León Gieco, Sandra Mihanovich, and other Argentine artists have joined their voices in "Razón para vivir," an album that pays tribute to Víctor Heredia's immense body of work. According to the Argentine News Agency, the project, released at 00:00 this Tuesday, was spearheaded by singer and music producer Lito Vitale, who described the launch as a "sung vigil." The initiative is for the benefit of the Casa de la Música Foundation.

The list of collaborators is completed by Marian Farías Gómez, Carolina Peleritti, the Dúo Dos Puntos, Daniel Homer, Jorge Fandermole, Los Sobrevivientes, Liliana Vitale, Rubén Goldín, and Víctor Heredia himself.

Lito Vitale announced on social media that all proceeds from the album's streams will be donated to the Casa de la Música Foundation.
