Buenos Aires, February 24 (NA) — The house of 'Big Brother: Golden Generation' opened its doors this Monday, February 23, 2026, and among the big surprises of the night, the return of two figures who know isolation well stood out: Emanuel Di Gioia and Eduardo Carrera. According to Argentine News Agency, both former contestants are returning to the Telefe reality show with the objective of capitalizing on their previous experience and seeking the victory that eluded them in their respective seasons. Curiously, both players share an identical statistic in their time on the show: both Emanuel, in the 2011 edition, and Eduardo, in the memorable 2003 season, finished in 7th place. While Carrera is remembered for his charisma (and several controversies) in the edition won by Viviana Colmenero, Di Gioia returns with the firm intention of demonstrating the maturity gained in these 15 years away from the screen. The entry of the 'historical seventh places' promises to be one of the great narrative lines of this Golden Generation.
With very different profiles —Emanuel with a more confrontational style and Eduardo betting on his most facetious side— the two veterans must demonstrate if their knowledge of the format is a strategic advantage or if the new batch of influencers and figures will present them with an impossible challenge to overcome.
