Car Collision in Buenos Aires Escalates to Physical Assault

In Buenos Aires, a car crash on Castañares Avenue escalated when a driver physically assaulted the passenger of the other vehicle. Police and medical services arrived at the scene.

Buenos Aires, February 13. This morning, a collision occurred between two cars, a Jeep Renegade and a Peugeot 207, on Castañares Avenue in the Villa Lugano neighborhood. According to police sources, the accident took place at 4300 on the avenue. Police personnel and the Emergency Medical Attention System (SAME) were dispatched to the scene. SAME attended to the women for a clinical check-up. Following the traffic incident, the driver of one of the vehicles had a verbal exchange with the companion of the other car and ended up physically assaulting her in the presence of the police.
