A shocking morning accident shook the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Palermo when two units of line 59 collided at the intersection of Santa Fe Avenue and Humboldt. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. when one bus crashed into the other from behind as it was stopped at a traffic light. The force of the impact shattered the rear windows, causing panic among passengers and leaving at least three people with various injuries. Police and SAME personnel deployed an emergency operation in the area to assist the victims. While most passengers suffered only minor bruises, the material damage to the vehicles was significant, especially to the rear of the struck bus.
