In Buenos Aires, January 16 (NA) – TV host Flor de la V reacted to the reprehensible comment made by Maxi López during a livestream, where he referred to her as “the man I would kiss.” Far from being affected, she mentioned that for her, the footballer “had no bad intentions.” On Thursday, the MasterChef participant was the talk of the town for making a comment labeled as “transphobic,” even drawing the rejection of other livestream participants, as covered by the Argentine News Agency. Flor de la V took advantage of the start of her show “Los Profesionales de siempre” to refer to the recent controversy she was involved in: “Everyone wrote to me and told me: ‘transphobic comments.’ For me, it was not with bad intentions, I see it with zero bad intentions.” Nevertheless, she celebrated that the unfortunate comment was not overlooked by society: “The important thing about this is that it didn’t sit well with many people and it caught their attention.” Although, she later tried to exonerate the former footballist from blame: “I don’t think it’s such a big deal, I understand that the media picked it up, I don’t know if because there are no other news.
