Actor Pablo Rago decided to close the year by presenting his own Martín Fierro award to the people who are part of his daily life. According to the Argentine News Agency, in a 2025 filled with multiple galas organized by APTRA, the actor chose to step away from the traditional circuit and focus on his own neighborhood, Palermo. Rago created a neighborhood award to recognize neighbors and shopkeepers who, far from media exposure, sustain the daily routine with their work, closeness, and warmth: "This year there were many Martín Fierro awards, and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to award my neighbors." Among those recognized were Mery, chosen as "the best greengrocer"; Nico, distinguished as "the most Argentine Chinese in Palermo"; Jano, awarded as "the best pizzaiolo"; and Dany, crowned as "the best pizzaiola." There was also room for Javier, recognized as "best manager," and Migdalia, highlighted as "best cashier," although the most emotional moment was for Juliana, the group's mascot, who received the title of "the best puppy in the world."
A detail that did not go unnoticed was that Rago named each person by their name, avoiding impersonal labels.
