In Buenos Aires and other cities across the country, activists from “Argentina Humana”, the Movement of Excluded Workers (MTE), and the Frente Patria Grande organized a new edition of “No Family Without Christmas,” hosting a Christmas Eve dinner for thousands of homeless people. “Thousands of volunteers are already working to ensure a Christmas dinner for the homeless at the Congress,” announced the Argentina Humana account, posting a video showing the preparations at the Congress Square. The footage shows volunteers taking hundreds of folding wooden tables and other supplies from a large MTE cardboard collector truck parked on the sidewalk in front of the Legislative Palace. Using a “human chain,” they move the tables to the square, where gazebos had already been set up to welcome guests. Unlike in previous years, this Christmas 2025, the event organized by Grabois's activists for homeless families is being replicated in squares in other cities across the country, as recorded by the Argentine News Agency. “‘No Family Without Christmas’ has already begun across the country. The workers of the popular economy, whom some criticize here, are leading the way in ensuring a Christmas dinner for the excluded,” highlights the Argentina Humana account. In the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina Humana organized Christmas Eve dinners in the main squares of Moreno, Pergamino, and Necochea. Previously, dinners were held on Tuesday in La Plata, Maquinista Savio (Escobar), Pilar, Ciudadela (Tres de Febrero), Caseros (Tres de Febrero), San Justo (La Matanza), and Mar del Plata. Prior to that, Christmas dinners for homeless families had been held in Vicente López, San Martín, and Lomas de Zamora. Starting tomorrow, Argentina Humana will continue to organize Christmas-themed dinners in San Fernando, Burzaco (Almirante Brown), Morón, Merlo, General Rodríguez, and Esteban Echeverría.
