Actress Maite Lanata, one of the first to arrive at the Martín Fierro de Cine gala, took a break from her busy schedule to talk about her professional life, her university studies, and the uncertainty surrounding her series "Inadaptada," which still has no release date. "I'm very happy, very excited, and it's always nice to run into people we've filmed with, the team," she expressed in an interview with the Argentine News Agency (NA) after being nominated for the series "En el Barro".

Work and Study: Her Personal Balance Maite, who is still studying at the Faculty of Social Sciences, shared how she balances acting with her academic life. "Honestly, university is my anchor, it's a complete grounding for me," she stated. She also explained how she manages her coursework based on her work schedule: "I focus on my studies during my downtime. When I'm working, I might take one or two subjects, the more manageable ones."

Upcoming Project and Frustration The actress also spoke about her upcoming project, the series "Inadaptada," which is currently on hold. "'Inadaptada' is a series I hope will premiere next year. We made it with a lot of love and with a character who speaks about mental health," said Lanata. She noted that the project deals with very current and sensitive issues: "The project addresses very current and sensitive topics, it deals with how adolescence relates to anxiety and depression, and I think it's great to bring this up." Lanata also confessed that the delay is frustrating for her: "It moved me deeply, and I'm very sorry it hasn't been released yet."

Original Platform The series was originally intended for Paramount, but the platform's shutdown complicated the plans: "It was for Paramount, but it died, so it's unknown which platform it will end up on."
