Buenos Aires, December 9 (NA) – A truck and a bus collided this morning in Nueva Pompeya, and the cargo from the large vehicle was scattered across the street. The incident occurred on Centenera and Luppi avenues in Nueva Pompeya when a truck carrying beverages collided with a bus from line 44, which was empty. Following the 911 call, personnel from the City Police's 4B Neighborhood Police Station responded to the scene and immediately diverted traffic as the truck's cargo was spilled at the intersection. Police sources informed the Argentine News Agency that both drivers were taken to Penna Hospital for minor trauma; the bus driver for minor injuries and the truck driver for back pain. Regarding the two companions in the truck, they were reported to be uninjured. The Contravention and Misdemeanor Prosecutor's Office 30 ordered alcohol tests to be performed on both drivers.
