As reported by journalist Pampito from the show Puro Show (El Trece), Trombino's accumulated debt for maintenance fees in the Chateau Puerto Madero building amounts to 34 million pesos, plus interest. The journalist stated that since Trombino moved into the apartment, he has never paid the maintenance fees. The conflict arose when the building's administration attempted to contact the owner to settle the debt. 'The Chateau Puerto Madero management tried to find out who the owner is because someone has to be responsible for all these expenses. They need to notify him in some way,' it was reported. However, it was discovered that the apartment's owner is deceased. Authorities are now investigating the situation to determine how Trombino can live in a building registered to a deceased person. The administration's next step is to demand that Trombino prove his right to occupy the apartment, such as by providing a contract and details of who it was signed with.
