Buenos Aires, November 24 (NA) – Following the success of its first season, the Argentine black comedy 'Viudas Negras: P*tas y Chorras' has been officially renewed for a second season by TNT and Flow. The news was confirmed this Monday by the protagonist herself. With her characteristic acidic humor, actresses Malena Pichot and Pilar Gamboa will once again step into the shoes of Mica and Maru to continue their stories, as learned by Agencia Noticias Argentinas. Through the official X account of TNT Latin America, the platform shared a video notifying followers that the series is already in the pre-production stage. 'We trust in @malepichot, second season of #ViudasNegras confirmed by @tntlatam and @flow_ar, come on @pilargamboa trust it,' they commented. The resounding success of the first season allowed Malena Pichot's project to quickly position itself in the Top 10 of Flow and Max, making it easy to think that the platforms would bet on a continuation. In the clip, Pilar and Malena meet at a porteño bar to share a fun exchange. 'What's up, weirdo the summons, Chacarita is much closer, Malena. Why Recoleta? What are you into?' Gamboa begins, not understanding the situation she is in. Getting straight to the point, Pichot replies: 'I have great news.' However, Pilar's reaction is not the expected one: 'No, say no.'
