
The Argentine News Agency (NA) will lead a talk-debate on the challenges of contemporary journalism at the 49th International Book Fair of Buenos Aires. The meeting, titled "Journalism and media: the role of news agencies in times of artificial intelligence and disinformation," aims to reflect on the function of news agencies in a media context marked by new technologies and the proliferation of false content.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 8 at 2:30 PM in the Ernesto Sabato Room of the Book Fair, located at La Rural. Among the participants of the talk are journalist and political analyst Noelia Barral Grigera, the head of the Argentine News page Mariano Martín Fernández, the graphic reporter of Argentine News Daniel Vides, the editorial manager of Grupo Alpha Media Jorge García, and the director of Argentine News, Mayra García.
