More than 58 thousand people enjoyed Shakira's show, produced by Fenix Entertainment, at the Campo Argentino de Polo. The Colombian artist offered a vibrant show that reviewed all stages of her career, with an impressive staging.
After 9 PM, Shakira began her performance surrounded by 100 fans with "La Fuerza," followed by "Girl Like Me" and a medley that included "Las de la Intuición" and "Estoy Aquí." The concert, part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, was the first of two completely sold-out concerts.
During the evening, the singer performed hits like "Hips Don’t Lie," "La Bicicleta," "La Tortura," "Loca," and "Waka Waka," which made the audience dance. One of the most impactful moments was when, in "Chantaje," Shakira moved to the backstage and showed her dressing room live during a costume change while thousands of "shaki-dollars" fell on the crowd.
The concert ended with great success and emotion. Shakira greeted her Argentine audience after more than two hours of performance, covering her classics like "Antología," "Pies Descalzos," and "Inevitable," up to her more recent songs like "Monotonía," "TQG," and "Te Felicito."
The artist appeared grateful and emotional, wearing an exclusive Versace outfit. Shakira expressed her happiness to return to Argentina and her undeniable connection with the country. On Saturday, she will perform her second concert in Buenos Aires before continuing her tour in Latin America.
