Banco Ciudad has launched a new UVA loan aimed at those who wish to remodel their home. This financing can cover up to 100% of the project budget, with a cap of 50% of the property's value, providing an attractive option for renovating the house without significantly affecting the family economy.
If certain specific requirements are met, interested parties can access this loan. For example, employees in a dependency relationship must present their last pay stub, while self-employed individuals need to provide proof of the last three payments and the corresponding registration certificate.
The UVA loan from Banco Ciudad allows for borrowing up to $100 million to carry out home renovations, with a financing period of up to 120 months. Moreover, it offers an initial interest rate of 8.5% for projects aimed at improving the home's energy efficiency.
It is important to note that, if necessary, municipal approval of the plans must be obtained, ensuring that the project is in order. The German amortization system gives this loan the particularity of reducing interest over time, allowing for decreasing installments.
Registered Responsible Parties can also access this financing line by presenting a certification of income and the last three payments of social security contributions, along with an approved plan by a professional related to construction.
