Hilton Recognized as Best Company to Work for in Argentina

In 2025, the company was rated the best hospitality company to work for in the world and achieved leadership positions in the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean, Colombia, and Uruguay.

The distinction is based on the positive experiences reported by employees, highlighting an organizational culture focused on well-being and growth.

Ayesha Williams, Vice President of Human Resources for the Caribbean and Latin America at Hilton, stated that the team's commitment in Argentina reflects the brand's purpose of extending hospitality.

Hilton leads the ranking as the best place to work in Argentina, reaffirming its leadership in corporate culture and well-being after being recognized again as the best company to work for in the country.

In the Caribbean and Latin America region, the organization drives the development of 26,000 collaborators in 35 countries, covering technical, operational, and administrative areas.

Through the Hilton Global Foundation, the company collaborates with entities such as the International Youth Foundation (IYF) to facilitate training and professional education for new generations.

This recognition highlights the company's track record in the country, where it was previously awarded as the best hospitality company in 2024 and 2025, and also led the overall ranking in 2023.

Williams noted in the third person that this achievement is the result of constant effort to build an environment where staff feel valued, included, and empowered in their daily functions.

The company's labor structure integrates the Thrive at Hilton program, designed to enhance the experience of its more than 500,000 members globally.

This social approach is complemented by strong performance in international rankings, where this year it also reached first place in Peru.

Among the highlighted benefits are the GoHilton travel program, mental health initiatives, caregiver support, and educational platforms like Hilton University.
