A private bank operating in the country has launched an initiative to take advantage of its loan with a fixed rate of 11.5% and a 5-year term. According to Agencia Noticias Argentinas, it is Banco Macro, which proposes to offer dollar-denominated mortgage loans of up to US$1 million.

Under the name "Dollar Mortgage Loan", the bank's proposal promises financing of 50% for the purchase of a property. Macro's loan is at a fixed rate for 5 years.

In this way, the proposal is designed for the purchase of a first or second home, but only for its Selecta clients, with investments or balances equal to or greater than US$4,700,000.
