President Javier Milei signed on Wednesday that 'investment fosters competition, resulting in better services and, ultimately, a benefit for all consumers.'
'The private sector, the only generator of wealth, is the main provider of solutions that raise the population's well-being. Free enterprise capitalism has been the most revolutionary invention ever created by man,' he stressed.
The President highlighted that 'every time we lower taxes and inflation, and deregulate, we are returning private property.'
The Head of State spoke in these terms during a visit to the VISA Argentina Monitoring Center. 'It is clear that such an investment takes place in a favorable context for private initiative, which has been a fundamental part of our government's agenda from day one,' he noted.
He highlighted the 'tireless work of the Minister of Deregulation, added to the Ministry of Economy and so many other areas of our government, which have aimed to create the necessary conditions for the strengthening of private activity.'
'Our goal is to become again, as in our golden age, a country with clear rules, and an implacable respect for private property,' he stressed.
He said that 'private property sounds abstract, but every time we lower taxes, lower inflation, and deregulate, we are returning private property to them, it is a way to restore private property.'
'On this occasion, it is the decision of Prisma, Upay and Texpert by Visa, this is part of a strategic decision that aims to strengthen the country's digital payment infrastructure, incorporate advanced technologies such as tokenization and biometric authentication, and accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions for consumers and businesses,' he highlighted.
He pointed out that 'in other words, we are talking about something that will directly or indirectly improve the lives of Argentines.'
'This is so because investment fosters competition, resulting in better services.'
