Despite the current negative figures, the organization has positive outlooks for the future. Specifically, regarding business trends, the industry expects a 17.6% increase and a 27.7% decrease for the February-April 2026 period, resulting in a balance of -4.1%. INDEC emphasizes that 'The Business Confidence Indicator (ICE) in the manufacturing industry is composed of the business opinion on future expectations of production volume, the current assessment of the total customer order portfolio, and the current assessment of the level of finished product stocks; it can take values between -100% and 100%'
