Buenos Aires, December 24 (NA) — The purchase and sale of dollars is enabled this Wednesday, December 24, but only online, as banks are not attending in person due to the granted administrative holiday. However, it is possible that some banks may also restrict this operation on the web. The average exchange rate is $1,435 for buying and $1,485 for selling. Another option is to go to the 'blue' market, where the price is $1,485 and $1,505 for both ends. Until Friday, December 26, there will be no operations in the official and wholesale markets, according to the official communications received by Agencia Noticias Argentinas. In turn, since there will be stock market operations, there will be quotations for the MEP and the Cash with Settlement (CCL), which at the close of Tuesday were $1,479 and $1,530. Regarding stock market activity, there will be negotiations until 3:00 PM, but no settlement will be made on BYMA. Operations agreed with T+1 settlement will be settled on Friday, December 26. In turn, Caja de Valores S.A. will also carry out its activities in the usual way until 3:00 PM.
