The certificate can be downloaded from any computer or mobile phone by visiting www.anses.gob.ar and clicking on 'CUIL Certificate.' This certificate is free and valid for any procedure, has no expiration date, and does not require a signature or stamp from agency staff, according to the Argentine News Agency. The CUIL is automatically generated when the DNI (National Identity Document) is first issued. If not registered, the individual must go to any ANSES office without an appointment with their document to complete the process. This certificate allows for transactions and inquiries at ANSES, other institutions, or health centers, and it is the code used to identify individuals in the social security system.
