AGIP Expands Tax Amnesty in Buenos Aires

The authority has raised the maximum amount to $1 million for settling debts related to ABL/Real Estate and Patents through the Unified Ticket system, allowing for lump-sum payment without interest. According to information from the Argentine News Agency, the program enables the regularization of overdue obligations up to August 31, 2025, both administratively and judicially.

Interest Waiver and Financing

The regularization plan offers different alternatives depending on the payment method chosen by the taxpayer:

Lump-Sum Payment: AGIP has extended the deadline until January 9, 2026, to qualify for a 100% waiver of compensatory and punitive interest.

Installment Plans: It is possible to finance the debt in up to 48 installments. In these cases, the interest reduction is progressive and ranges from 70% to 10%, depending on the selected financing term.

How to Obtain the Unified Ticket (Installment 219)

Taxpayers opting for full payment of up to $1 million can obtain the bill—which already includes the interest discount—through the following channels:

AGIP Website: Go to agip.gob.ar, select "Payments | Bill Inquiry", choose the tax, and identify installment 219 under the concept "UNIQUE MORATORIAL INSTALLMENT 2025".

Online Banking: The bill will also be available in the payment schedule as installment 219 for both taxes.

Since its launch, over 40,000 taxpayers have joined the system to regularize their tax status amid recent economic difficulties.
