The Ministry of Economy announced the results of the BONAR 2029N bond tender, securing US$1 billion at an annual rate of 9.26%. In total, bids worth US$1.42 billion were received, of which US$1 billion was allocated.
At a 9.26% annual rate, the government would be paying approximately US$92.6 million per year, according to calculations by the Argentine News Agency.
"This reflects the value assigned to the market structure, with full amortization at maturity and demonstrated investor confidence in improvements in economic fundamentals," stated the Ministry of Economy.
