Buenos Aires, Dec. 1 (NA) -- The official dollar rate at the National Bank will open at ARS 1,425 for purchase and ARS 1,475 for sale. Meanwhile, the wholesale dollar rate will be ARS 1,442 and ARS 1,451 for both sides. In turn, the average rate in retail banks was ARS 1,435 and ARS 1,450. The 'blue' dollar will be offered at ARS 1,415 and ARS 1,435 for both transactions. The MEP dollar exchange rate starts at ARS 1,476 and the 'Contado con Liquidación' (CCL) at ARS 1,518, according to a survey by the Argentine News Agency.
