Argentina offers 100% tax interest condonation

Buenos Aires, November 25 (NA) – The Public Revenue Administration (AGIP) reminded that until December 2, the option to receive a 100% condonation of interest, as provided for in the current moratorium, will be available.

This option is for those who choose to pay their debts in cash, in a single installment.

The deadline for this condonation coincides with the first 30 days of the plan's validity.

Adherence to the moratorium will be valid until January 31, 2026, according to a communiqué received by the Argentine News Agency (Agencia Noticias Argentinas).

This initiative includes debts from all taxes expired as of August 31, 2025.

It includes debts both in the administrative and judicial instances.

Obligations corresponding to collection agents are exempt from this initiative.

Additionally, those who choose to pay in cash in a single installment and have debts for Real Estate/ABL or Patents of less than $200,000 can adhere to the moratorium without needing to enter the Taxpayer Portal.

As an alternative, taxpayers can opt for financing plans of up to 48 installments.

These plans present a reduction in compensatory and punitive interest rates ranging from 70% to 10%, depending on the adherence deadlines.

Since its launch, more than 35,000 city neighbors have taken this opportunity to settle their pending obligations.
