The Government of the Province of Buenos Aires has announced discounts of up to 15% on the payment of taxes such as Property Tax, Vehicle Tax, and Recreational Boats for the fiscal year 2025. This measure has been formalized through Resolution No. 72 published in the Official Bulletin, aimed at rewarding those who fulfill their tax obligations punctually.
According to the established guidelines, taxpayers who choose to pay annually will receive an additional benefit with a total discount of up to 15%. Additionally, those who keep their payments up to date will have access to a 5% reduction on each installment, as long as they do not have prior debts and meet the requirements set by the Revenue Agency of the Province of Buenos Aires (ARBA).
To facilitate the payment process, ARBA has enabled the option to download and pay the first installment of the Urban Property Tax or make the annual payment with bonuses through its official website. Taxpayers can access the "Pay" section to select the most convenient payment method. Furthermore, those subscribed to digital receipt will receive the digital bill by email in the coming days.
Regarding property taxes due in March and April, discounts and benefits are also applicable. The Vehicle Tax is due on March 26, while the Rural and Complementary Property Tax is due on April 8. For those subscribed to electronic billing, the option to pay through the virtual wallet of Banco Provincia is maintained, as well as digital payment alternatives with credit cards or at ATMs.
Taxpayers who prefer to pay in person can also do so at banking entities and authorized points of Provincia Net Pagos. This initiative aims to encourage compliance with tax obligations and facilitate the payment process for the citizens of the province of Buenos Aires.
