In a police station in Bosques, a chilling discovery was made: two teenagers missing since last Thursday were found dead under a bridge in Florencio Varela. Although initially no arrests, injuries, or damages were reported, the tragedy shocked the community. Neighbors expressed their outrage and concern, pointing out that this is not the first time violent incidents have occurred in the area.
The remains of Paloma Gallardo, 16, and Josué Salvatierra, 14, were discovered after extensive searches in the area. The police and forensic experts worked at the crime scene for several hours, with the main hypothesis pointing to a "double homicide." The autopsy revealed that both had signs of skull fractures, ruling out the possibility of suicide.
After the news broke, dozens of neighbors gathered in front of the 4th precinct of Bosques to demand justice. Relatives and friends of the victims held the police responsible for the lack of safety in the area, setting tires on fire as a show of protest. It was noted that both young people had cell phones, which initially gave hope of locating them, but unfortunately, they were found dead.
According to police sources, the youths were classmates at high school number 63 in the area. Although the possibility of a murder followed by suicide was considered, this theory was dismissed with the forensic results. The personal belongings of the teenagers were not found at the scene, suggesting a possible robbery followed by murder as the motive for the crime.
The parents of the youths, alarmed by their children's prolonged absence, went to the authorities, who initiated the search. Omar Gallardo, Paloma's father, recounted that his daughter was last seen heading to the gym, and as she did not return home, they began to fear the worst. The community remains shaken by this tragic event and demands answers regarding the insecurity in the area.
