Train Health Services Arrive in Bahía Blanca

A formation of the sanitary train from the Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires arrived in Bahía Blanca to provide assistance to those affected by the storm on March 7. The team is composed of doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other professionals and will be set up at the Grünbein station, located 10 kilometers from the city center, at the intersection of Soriano and Rafael Obligado streets. Medical services, vaccination, medication distribution, and more will be offered there.

From the First Health Region, they explained that this attention in the sanitary train is an additional measure to address the demand generated by the floods, joining the Telemedicine service that was already in operation since the emergency began in Bahía Blanca. This system will be available 24 hours a day and will be free for all residents who require emergency attention, consultations with professionals, and medical prescriptions without the need to go to a health center.

"The attention in the sanitary train is a new measure to contain the spontaneous demand generated post-floods that adds to the one already implemented last time when the Telemedicine service began for the residents of Bahía Blanca," stated the First Health Region. To access this service, residents can visit the page www.gba.gob.ar/saludprovincia, click on "TELEMEDICINA BAHÍA", register, and start the medical consultation.
