Rescue operations continue in Bahía Blanca in search of missing persons, while the city is in a state of emergency. Mayor Federico Susbielles declared three days of mourning and coordinates operations with Federal Forces, Civil Defense, and Firefighters to assist those affected.

So far, 55% of the electrical supply has been restored, although power and water outages persist in various areas. Crews are working to restore telecommunications and ensure access to essential services.

Assistance centers and food distribution points have been set up, and donations are being received at Dow Center and UNS (located at Alem 1253). The public is advised to avoid traveling through flooded areas and to follow the instructions of the authorities.

The number of fatalities due to the storm in Bahía Blanca has risen to 16, as confirmed by local authorities.

For his part, the mayor stated: "We are doing everything possible to assist those who need it the most in these difficult times. The cooperation of all citizens and adherence to the indicated safety measures is essential."
