A 77-year-old man died after his car fell into the river in Bahía Blanca. The tragic incident occurred when he apparently tried to avoid a truck and ended up plunging into a reservoir. After an intense search that lasted nearly two days, authorities confirmed his death.
According to the examinations conducted, the cause of the victim's death was drowning as a result of the accident on the road. The event took place on Wednesday night in the Buenos Aires party. Although the circumstances that led to the skid have not been fully clarified, it is suspected that it may have been caused by an evasive maneuver in front of a truck.
The man's vehicle, identified as a Chevrolet Tracker, hit the guardrail and fell into the reservoir known as Dique las Piedras, located at kilometer 678 of route 51, in the Coronel Pringles section of Bahía Blanca.
