Ten adults, seven men and three women, have been arrested in the dismantling of a drug trafficking organization in the Cordoban locality of Arroyito. During the operation, carried out by the Anti-Narcotics Police Force, nine search warrants were executed on homes used as sales, consumption, and storage points. With the help of drug-detection dogs, over 170 doses of narcotics were seized: 163 doses of cocaine and 21 doses of marijuana. Other confiscated items included cannabis cigarettes, over 3 million pesos, $220, four digital scales, a firearm, a car, five motorcycles, and drug packaging materials. The organization also operated a bar as a front to launder the money from drug sales. The San Francisco Anti-Narcotics Prosecutor's Office ordered all seized items to be submitted and the detainees to be transferred to the courthouse for the crime of aggravated drug trafficking.
