Macri Criticizes Kicillof in Arrecifes

The former president and leader of the PRO party, Mauricio Macri, spoke during his visit to the city of Arrecifes, where he held meetings with local authorities and political leaders. In this context, Macri emphasized the importance of thinking about change and the future, and pointed out the need to implement effective ideas to prevent them from being lost over time.

Regarding the support of his space to the government, Macri clarified that, although there is no immediate electoral alliance, there are dialogues with the party La Libertad Avanza. The former president criticized the lack of investment in infrastructure and security in the province and questioned the management of Governor Axel Kicillof.

Regarding the controversy over the Hidrovía and the role of Santiago Caputo, Macri described the investigative commission promoted by the government as a political maneuver and pointed to Caputo, a key advisor to Javier Milei, as part of the problem. Macri recalled the improvements in the cities governed by the PRO and supported the management of Milei, president of La Libertad Avanza.

During the press conference, Macri mentioned the importance of transparency in public tenders, emphasizing ethics and competition. He also spoke about the centralization of power in the current government and the need to maintain coherence and loyalty within the political space.

In his meetings with local authorities, such as Mayor Fernando Bouvier, Deputy Cristian Ritondo, and the Chief of Staff of Zárate, Juan Ignacio Novelli, Macri expressed his concern about certain decisions made at the provincial level and reaffirmed the PRO's stance regarding the importance of effective management and commitment to continuous improvement.
